While many families and friends are still separated by distance and may not be in the position to travel and see each other as they once did, the need to connect during the pandemic is stronger than ever. Enter Beyond Words Co.

When a loved one experiences loss or mental health issues and needs extra support from afar, sometimes we need to do more than craft a text, make a phone call or mail a card — send something unique, special and thoughtful to make them feel seen and heard, even though you can’t be with them.

Beyond Words Co. began in 2018 and is an innovative way to support those we love through loss and heartbreak. Beyond Words offers care packages designed to ease and comfort those in each of the various stages of the grief process, and helps customers when they don’t know what to say.

Customers can have a hands-on experience creating a Custom Care Package or choose from a pre-designed box. Either way, all care package items exude a thoughtful, sensitive and personal touch for anyone experiencing a great loss in their life, whether personally, financially or both.

Think of those friends or loved ones who’ve lost a loved one, pet or job, or experienced a difficult transition recently who could benefit from a thoughtful message and pick-me-up.

Many items offer a self-love aspect, including meditative candles, comforting chocolates and candies, healing salves, sleep masks and flying wish paper to set intentions when burned.
