Busch Gardens Williamsburg introduces a reimagined version of a beloved classic coaster, The Big Bad Wolf: The Wolf’s Revenge, originally debuted more than 40 years ago. This brand-new, family-friendly rollercoaster brings family travelers across more than 2,500 feet of track at up to 40 mph … and the drop alone will leave riders howling.

Located in a haunted Bavarian village within the park’s Germany section, this new ride lets visitors become the Big Bad Wolf himself, venturing through a foggy forest and abandoned towns.
The inverted rollercoaster’s opening comprises part of the park’s official 50th Anniversary Celebration, and officially opens May 23. Riders must be a minimum of 42 inches with a companion.

Beyond this new ride, Busch Gardens Williamsburg is home to many other thrilling rollercoasters, including:
- DarKoaster: North America’s first all-indoor straddle coaster
- Loch Ness Monster: The world’s first interlocking loop rollercoaster with all-new enhancements that debuted just last year
- Pantheon: An exciting rollercoaster inspired by the Roman Gods
- Tempesto: A ride with face turns at 63 mph and inversions at 154 feet in the air
- Griffon: A floorless dive coaster with a 205-foot drop
- Alpengeist: One of the tallest, fastest rollercoasters in the world, complete with six inversions
- Apollo’s Chariot: A fan favorite with a 210-foot drop
