TikTok foodie and teen chef Eitan Bernath is launching three globally inspired, kid-friendly dishes exclusively at Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort to enhance family travel. Bernath wanted to create dishes to bring families together as well as introduce kids to a variety of different foods in a healthy way.
Partnering with AMR Collection executive chefs, Bernath debuted Foodie Explorers, a rotating menu featuring different dishes that are both kid-friendly and delicious. The menu items will be available through May 30 at Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort, Dreams Natura Resort & Spa and Dreams Riviera Cancun Resort & Spa.
Eitan Bernath said, “I was inspired by the fresh ingredients and bold tropical flavors of Mexico’s Yucatan and beyond to create unique and fun dishes that would appeal to kids and help them discover new flavors while on vacation. Indulging in unlimited, quality cuisine is a food-lovers dream, and the level of care and thoughtfulness behind every meal makes the dining experience at Dreams Resorts & Spas more enriching and inviting for guests of all ages.”
Some of the dishes featured on the rotating menu will include Cuckoo Coconut fish fingers, a tasty dish of coconut-crusted fish fingers with a tamarind dipping sauce; cheesy crispy rice dippers, also known as Elote Arancini nuggets; and Sunny Day parfait, a mango lassi parfait with pistachio crumble.
