For families looking to dip back into yoga practice or just load up on wellness-centered vacation time, the seven-night retreat at Soneva Kiri includes two hours of yoga, 40-minute mediation practice and two hours of spa treatments per day. Travelers looking to go a step further and become yogis and teachers, check out the 28-night package for aspiring yoga teachers. Bond with your adult children, siblings and friends over 200 hours of certified yoga teacher training and take your practice to the next level.

Yogis receive lessons in pranayama, meditation, asanas and cleanses during 50 hours of theory; 25 hours of assignments; and 25 hours of self study and individual practice.

Even if you already have a meditation app on your phone, the mix of yoga nidra, chakra and trataka meditation bring peace and calm to this learning experience. The retreat is based in expert education and understanding of the mind and body, so guests receive a deeper understanding and appreciation of the science behind yoga and meditation.

Each yoga-centric package through Soneva includes transfers between Bangkok and Soneva Kiri with the resort’s private Cessna aircraft.
