With travel restrictions lifted and Fourth of July right around the corner, it is time to start planning your holiday trip. Although there are plenty of destinations to choose from, keep these two destinations and resorts in mind.
Families are in for a real treat this year at Montage Palmetto Bluff. Situated along the May River in the Lowcountry of South Carolina, between Hilton Head Island and Savannah, the 5-star resort is offering travelers a wide range of festivities July 1–5, such as:
- Sessions with a Sailor Family Cruise: Hop aboard Grace, the resort’s antique yacht and learn tales of seafaring adventures
- Outfit Your Ride with Patriotic Pride: Guests can decorate their golf carts in patriotic colors with festive garland, pinwheels and more provided by the resort
- Red, White and Blue Shootout: Guests rotate through three thrilling activities: the Silly Birds paintball sling shot, wildlife air rifle challenge and archery bullseye bonanza
- Sunset Carnival: Once the sun goes down on the Fourth, guests can enjoy carnival games and acrobatic entertainment; festive carnival favorites like funnel cakes and cotton candy will be available for purchase
Along with these programs and activities, travelers can enjoy signature resort activities such as the spa and golf course. For the full list of July 4th activities, visit Montage Palmetto Bluff’s website.
Head to the mountains for a luxury escape this Fourth of July at Montage Deer Valley. Guests will enjoy picturesque views and a line-up of family-friendly festivities. One of the most exciting ones is a Patriotic Pride Tie-Dye. Guests can bring out their creative side and participate in a fun-filled afternoon of tie-dying. July 4–5, guests can head to the Grand Lawn for live music, outdoor grilling and local brews.
During downtime, guests can explore Arches National Park, Yellowstone National Park or Canyonlands National Park with guided tours by Montage Expeditions.
