Following its 2024 debut, Destination by Hyatt now expands its Roots to Reunion program for multigenerational family travelers. The program, now available at 10 true-to-place properties around the world, offers curated itineraries, on-site Family Travel Experts and immersive experiences.
It can be complicated to plan multigenerational trips, and the program’s Family Travel Experts work one on one with familial groups to plan an itinerary catering to every member of the group. Select program hotels also offer Reunion Ready Kits.
The four new hotels joining the program include Cheyenne Mountain Resort in Colorado Springs, Colorado; Hotel X Toronto; The Carolina Inn in Chapel Inn, North Carolina; and Oceanside, California’s, The Seabird Resort.
“Families today are redefining how and why they travel together and we’re evolving right alongside them,” said Katie Johnson, vice president & global brand leader, Luxury and Collection Brands, Hyatt. “With the expanded Roots to Reunion program, we’re thrilled to add more awe-inspiring Destination by Hyatt hotels locations where families can reconnect not just with each other, but with the distinct culture, soul and natural beauty of the places they visit.”
The aforementioned hotels join Everline Resort & Spa Lake Tahoe; Hana-Maui Resort; SCHLOSS Roxburghe in Scotland; Cle Elum, Washington’s, Suncadia Resort; The Lodge at Spruce Peak & Residences in Stowe, Vermont; and Charleston’s Wild Dunes Resort & Residences.
