“The Boundless Family Retreat at Six Senses Crans-Montana is a truly unique experience that brings families together in a way few other programs can. It’s about more than wellness—it’s about creating lasting memories through shared adventures, learning, and connection,” said Greenfield.
Greenfield’s retreat offers an adventure blending nutritioMaryn, exercise, joy, and a holistic approach to wellness and joy. Participants will be coached and taught tools and tactics to help contribute to both short- and long-term wellness benefits. Families will be surrounded by other family participants to create an uplifting community where they will learn new ways to introduce wellness into their daily lives.
With the help of Greenfield, guests will learn how to incorporate movement into sedentary lifestyles, master the art of cold plunge, practices for breathwork and more.
