Tivoli Alvor Algarve Resort’s four restaurants each boast their own concept: Essenze’s buffet serves Portuguese and Iberian cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner; Carosello offers Italian à la carte dining; Mad Med highlights Mediterranean flavors; and Roastic specializes in meats and rotisserie dishes. Salty, located by the pools, serves drinks throughout the day while Shore! becomes a social hub in the evenings.
