Next fall, family travelers will have even more reason to enjoy a Wisconsin trip. Wisconsin Dells Kalahari Waterpark is currently undergoing an $85 million expansion, which will see its popular waterpark expand.
Park of Kalahari Resorts & Conventions, the 75,000-square-foot Wisconsin Dells Kalahari Waterpark begins the expansion following the recent addition of hundreds of rooms. In addition to an expanded waterpark, the resort will also feature three new waterslides: Cheetah Mat Racers, Green Python and Wild Wildebeest. Both Green Python and Wild Wildebeest take six riders on twists and turns for an unforgettable experience.
The expansion will also encompass a spa pool, adult swim-up bar, retractable roof, Watering Hole with zero-depth entry and tanning ledges, and more. Little kids can splash in Coral Cove Kiddie Slide Pool, too.
Guests enjoy improved seating options, a 40-foot-wide TV display, and expanded food and beverage offerings.
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions currently operate in four U.S. destinations, including the Pocono Mountains, Pennsylvania; Round Rock, Texas; Sandusky, Ohio (Ohio’s largest indoor waterpark!); and Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. The brand opens its newest location in 2026 in Spotsylvania County, Virginia.
