Florida entices family travelers with new and upcoming hotel openings.
The newly opened property is the first in Miami’s Wynwood neighborhood. The brand-new, nine-story hotel features 217 guestrooms. Wynwood boasts the largest concentration of street art in the world, and the property pays homage to Wynwood’s creative and cultural offerings with its modern and artistic design elements. Rates start at $239 per night.
Located in downtown Miami, the luxury property opened in fall 2022. The hotel features 646 guestrooms, a 19,000-square-foot sun deck, 132-foot-long pool, an outdoor bar and restaurant, and an expansive lawn event space.
Kimpton Shorebreak Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort
The new Kimpton property is located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale, steps away from the ocean. The boutique hotel boasts an Art Deco design. Take a dip in the secluded courtyard pool and a rooftop pool with stunning views.
Gale Port Miami
Opening in 2023 in a 51-story, mixed-use building in downtown Miami, Gale Port Miami will feature 240 guestrooms. The building will also feature 448 residential condominium units, 125,000 square feet of office space, and a 70,000-square-foot entertainment destination called The Social. Guests, residents and locals may take advantage of The Social’s gym, spa, restaurants, bars and rooftop pool.
Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences
Set to open in 2023, Amrit Ocean Resort & Residences will span seven beachfront acres of Singer Island in Palm Beach County. The wellness resort will feature a 100,000-square-foot spa and wellness facility spanning four floors, with amenities including a pool with daybeds and cabanas, float tank, indoor/outdoor treatment rooms and a water therapy circuit.
