After filling up with some fuel for the day or if you’re looking for a way to earn your appetite, spend the day hiking local trails, walking through town shopping and enjoying a cocktail or two by the water. Head to Pizza Jerks for a quick, casual lunch or dinner with options from salads, subs, calzones and a wide variety of pizza, typically ranging $9–15. If the kids are craving something smoky and barbeque is more your style, The Barnsider Smokehouse BBQ boasts a cozy atmosphere perfect for a chilly night in town.
Strap on your hiking boots, bundle the kids and get some great photos at Shelving Rock Falls or hop on a Lake George Cruise for a better view of the famous lake and town. Take in the stunning fall foliage from the water while hearing about the history of Lake George. Cruises begin at $19 for adults.

United Continues Its Global Expansion
United Airlines keeps soaring to new heights, recently announcing another expansion of its leading global route network.
